About

As a 20 year veteran of multi-restaurant management Jenn Solomon is an expert at being stressed out.

The first time she stepped on her mat in an Ashtanga class she finally felt free to be a beginner- free to just experience and find curiosity. She’s been an avid practitioner and student of yoga since. Through energetic and powerful vinyasa flows intertwined with humor and light-hearted playfulness she hopes to bring this same “out of your head and into your body” to every class she teaches. From an Asana perspective, Jenn Solomon has been practicing and teaching yoga for over a decade and has practiced and studied with incredible international yoga teachers including Reema Datta, Andrew Eppler, Jen René, and Michael Gannon. From a Trauma Yoga perspective she has studied and workshopped with Dr. Bessel van der Kolk, David Emerson, Dr. Jenn Turner, Dr. Richard Miller, Amy Winetraub, Nischala Joy Devi, Leslie Kaminoff, Dr Peter Levine, The Trauma Center, the Center for Trauma and Embodiment, and the Love Your Brain foundation. She is a certified Trauma Sensitive yoga teacher through YogaFit’s 140 hour Warriors program (CYT), a certified Meditation & Mindfulness teacher (CMMT) through the School of Positive Transformation, a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practitioner, an authorized Level 1 Integrative Restoration (iRest) teacher, a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider (YACEP), and a Yoga for 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR) leader. She has completed the California College of Ayurveda Principles of Ayurvedic Medicine practitioner program (AHC), and trained in the Soul of Yoga Therapy IAYT approved program. She is the founder and executive director of Tall Mountain Wellness, a 501c3 non-profit in Utah that provides trauma sensitive yoga programs to people experiencing current and past incarceration, homelessness, domestic violence and sexual assault, and addiction/recovery. She also owns a hot yoga studio, PC Yoga Collective, located in Park City Utah.
