Yin Yoga Restorative Yoga Adaptive Yoga Chair Yoga Medical Fitness Yoga and Somatic Healing are all part of my repertoire I love connecting with students and watching them grow and become more self-aware in their practice. Ultimately I believe the power of yoga to heal is profound and helps us to find refuge from the chronic stress in our daily lives It never has to be perfect is just has to be exactly what it is in this moment. I also have a Medical Fitness Yoga Certification taught by Dr Susie Carmack and a Somatic Healing Certification through My Vinyasa Practice.
