Dr Jennifer Stanigar is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS Jennifer completed her first hour yoga teacher training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in August Since that time she has completed numerous other specialized training courses in yoga meditation yoga therapy and ayurveda She is currently working toward her hour professional certification from the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy.
