I opened my own gym 🏋️‍♀️and studio in 2016 and successfully ran that until I sold it January of 2022. I then opened my own private yoga business thereafter; called Namaste My Day 🙏 I love to give my clients the one on one, hands on VIP 😎 treatment, my yoga classes are 90 min and are designed around your fitness level. Beginner to advanced my class will inspire, challenge and transform your yoga practice into something special! Each session starts with a short beginning meditation, 🧎‍♀️warm up, invigorating flow, 🪷deep stretch cool down 🆒 and savasana 🕊complete with a refreshing cool lavender towel! 🧖‍♀️ I teach all types of yoga, so if there is some style you would like to practice I can accommodate your needs! 🌅 contact me, I would love to practice with you!
