About

Jen’s core philosophy is that yoga and meditation should be available and accessible to all.

She creates a comfortable, relatable and relaxed atmosphere with plenty of warmth and giggles. Her goal is to get you to try something new with a sense of humor. Her yoga classes embrace a versatile Vinyasa flow and are modified to suit all levels. Mindfulness, breath work and inspiration from the buddhist teachings are fundamental ingredients in her approach. She offers meditation and yoga classes as well as dharma discussions, workshops for yoga and meditation basics, joint and back health, and the Get To Sleep program for freedom from chronic insomnia. Jen is a teacher, mentor and a lead instructor for the Fluid Yoga School 200 Hour Teacher Trainings. The program is offered annually in Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine and Virginia. Jen began practicing yoga in 1998. What started out as a purely physical endeavor evolved into a pathway for life. Jen is an E-RYT 500 and a YACEP, she studied with Fluid Yoga and Kevan Gale and continues her studies with Fluid Yoga, Triyana Studies, the Sakya Institute and has completed a certification in CBTi, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia. She became the owner of Newfane Village Yoga in 2014.
