About
Jennifer was first drawn to the practice of Yoga as a teenager as a way to take a breath from the busyness of daily life and instantly she found peace on the mat.
What started as a physical practice blossomed over the years into a self transformation journey to include a focus on mindfulness, breath, and meditation. Yoga has brought stability and peace to every aspect of her life. Jennifer completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at East Eagle Yoga and continued to dive deeper into her practice to become an RYT 500 (E-RYT 500) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Jennifer leads the yearly 200 Hour Teacher Training Program at East Eagle Yoga. She is certified in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP) and completed Prenatal Training at East Eagle Yoga in 2018. She is a professor of Yoga at Temple University. Jennifer also leads monthly Full Moon Circles to strengthen the bond within the community and leads Yoga/Self Care retreats. She is passionate about promoting the well being of Moms to Be and children, she teaches Prenatal Yoga, has started leading Prenatal Yoga retreats and runs Mommy & Me Yoga classes for children starting at the age of two. It is important to Jennifer to always be a student and learn from others in the Yoga Community and also to share what she has experienced in Yoga with other teachers by way of leading workshops and continuing education classes to help our teaching community stay well emotionally, spiritually and physically. In addition to practicing classical Hatha Yoga, Jennifer also incorporates other holistic modalities, such as Sound Healing, Ayurvedic rituals, and Aromatherapy, into her daily practice and classes to elevate her focus, awareness, asana practice, breath, and overall well being. Connection of mind, body, and spirit through Yoga, energy healing, self care, and community building. is a common theme in Jennifer’s practice and fuels her love of teaching Yoga.
