Hi Im Jenni!  I am a certified yoga therapist C-IAYT with the International Association of Yoga Therapists; I have over years of experience teaching students of all ages  With over years as a dedicated student of yoga I have trained in and taught various styles including gentle hatha vinyasa and chair yoga as well as yoga for children and the elderly Specializing in trauma-informed yoga therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction MBSR I integrate mindfulness meditation and holistic nutrition into personalized yoga therapy sessions tailored to individual and group needs I firmly believe that yoga is a unifying force that grounds and balances lifes ever-shifting experiences My classes emphasize balance movement with breath and listening to the body to harmonize elemental forces clarify and refresh the system  With expertise in MBSR for Eating Awareness Training MBSR-EAT and supporting mental health and addiction recovery I am dedicated to promoting wellbeing and empowering clients with tools for physical and emotional healing Join me Jenni Heard PhD C-IAYT on this journey to discover the many benefits yoga has to offer regardless of age or experience.
