I keep personal sharing to a minimum, ensuring that I do not interfere with your practice. My goal is to hold space for you to experience yourself during your yoga practice. Your practice is about you, not about me. I preserve and protect the start and end of class, holding silence in savasana as a sacred passage of time. I believe a cool lavender-scented towel placed on your forehead during savasana is possibly the eighth wonder of the world, making the Pilgrimage To Power worth every moment.
