About
Jenny is an attorney, photographer, and yogi.
The pursuit of higher education and job seeking led Jenny to deepen her yoga practice throughout the years. Originally not intending to teach, after completing a 200-hour training at Karma Yoga Center in Denver in 2011, she had an overwhelming desire to share the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of a consistent yoga practice with everyone. Since then, she completed an 85-hour prenatal training with Yo Mama Yoga in Boulder and a 300-hour training at Spirit Path in Anchorage to become a registered prenatal yoga teacher and a 500-hour registered yoga teacher. Her yoga “philosophy” is to practice and teach with an open heart and mind, and be prepared for transformation. Jenny hopes to provide a safe, supportive space for students to practice, allowing surrender of judgment of self and others and awakening students’ inner radiance. Recognizing yoga can be a deeply emotional practice, she also encourages laughter and lightheartedness to stay balanced! Jenny is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
