I have been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist for years and a devoted practicing yogi for I am a kids yoga teacher currently volunteering with a local studio in their youth classes and kids yoga camp I was certified in through their -hour program I have also completed previous certifications to teach ashtanga primary series and kids yoga grades K- in Im looking to transition to doing more teaching and less hands on bodywork I love working with seniors and kids especially I hope to integrate my teaching and bodywork skills so I can share this beautiful practice with all bodies young and old so they can feel well in all areas of their lives.
