She has taught thousands of students at yoga studios, campus rec centers, corporate yoga via Vacasa and more, and local events with Lululemon and Athleta. She holds certifications in Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Yin, and Barre as well as trained under the title of "Performance Coach" with CorePower Yogas' Strength-X format.
