Jennifer is an ERYT500 with over 5000 hours of hands-on teaching, a Reiki Master Teacher, and an Earth Medicine Practitioner. She loves teaching Restorative, Chair, Yin, Hatha, Recovery and Prenatal Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation, doing drum journeys, guided meditation and various moon and intuition circles.
