Jennifer Matteo-Holtz, M.Msc., C.Ht., E-RYT 200, is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Metaphysical Counselor, and Registered Yoga Teacher with a degree in Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics. She is the creator and author of the Enlightened Spirit Oracle and founder of Enlightened Hypnotherapy & Guidance LLC, where she unites yoga philosophy, meditation, and metaphysical principles to support holistic healing and personal transformation.Jennifer has taught yoga and spiritual development courses throughout Minnesota, including at the former Green Lotus Yoga Center in Annandale.
