200 HR RYT-hr, 30 hr Yin & Reiki 2Jenny's yoga journey began nearly two decades ago when she moved to Boston exploring classes in a range of community spaces over the years but never committing to the practice.
In 2021 a library yoga class reignited her passion leading her to discover Ritual Yoga—a new yoga studio in her neighborhood. Drawn to the studios diverse offerings and welcoming atmosphere Jenny quickly immersed herself in a deeper practice exploring yoga's physical mental and spiritual benefits. Committed to continuing her growth she completed her 200-hour RYT certification at Ritual Yoga where she deepened her knowledge of yoga. As a teacher Jenny brings a thoughtful inclusive approach to her classes focusing on mobility and well-being at every stage of life. Her classes offer a warm, calming space designed to support and uplift all. Outside the studio Jenny is a passionate fiber artist and painter. Her work in both yoga and art reflects her belief in the transformative power of movement and expression.
