Yoga has been a force in my life for the last 20 plus years.
I first used it to help the students I worked with in a school setting. Then, I taught my own children. After years as a caregiver, I found my way back to the mat THIS time for myself. It holds me on days I do not feel strong and helps me love myself regardless. Mind. Body. Spirit. I enjoy Yin, Gentle Hatha, Restorative, Chair and Children's Yoga. I love pulling in somatic ideas to embark on a natural way to bring peace to every part of our body.
