I started out my career with the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, building upon a passion for the Child & Youth Counselling field.
Over the years in Education, I enhanced my skill-set by completing a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, achieving my Reiki Master Degree, and studying additional modalities ranging from Hypnobirthing, to a Mental Health First-Aid Certification. As the vision of my life-purpose evolves, I recognize a call to work with not only youth, but rather people of ALL ages, for there is a sacred Inner-child within every being. I strive to guide others through *holistic, resiliency-based experiences of Self-Growth: ...and so Resilient Seed Wellness was born!
