Jennifer first encountered yoga in college. One downward dog and she was hooked! She continued practicing yoga because she was intrigued by how the lessons learned on the mat could be applied to daily life off the mat, especially those principles regarding self-acceptance and being truly present in each moment. Jennifer appreciates the mental, physical, and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga on a consistent basis and is happy to support the students and mission of Bambu Yoga in NJ!
