She has advanced trainings and certified in level one and two, with KRI in Kundalini, With global master teacher Guru Singh . Her multi levels of training also include earning her black belt in Tang Soo Do and her brown belt in Kenpo. Both of these martial arts practices, she earned and performed instructor level. Selby has created a 200 Hour YA teacher training program with the new elevated standards. "Shakti soul yoga". This eight module series is an immersive training. Attention to the philosophy, spirituality and the physical asana practice. We study the "eight limbs of yoga". Aspects of this training includes focus on body alignment, safety, functional anatomy, the art of smart sequencing , cueing and yoga asana. meditation, history philosophy, buissness and to find your voice as a teacher.
