Jenn delivers her love of Yoga in many forms of style, technique and atmosphere as she guides students through vigorous but lighthearted flow classes that help to restore the inner peace and balance within them once again.
With her vibrant personality, huge heart and zenful words, students will leave the classroom feeling in a state of bliss as the balance between mind and body are restored. Jenn was trained in Hatha Yoga at Sphericality in Flemington, NJ earning her RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Certification. Recently, Jenn has been studing under Dana Trixie Flynn from NYC's Laughing Lotus Yoga Center where she recently trained in NYC and Rishikesh, India over the last 3 years obtaining her RYT-500 Yoga certification. Jenn is also a Certified SUP (stand up paddle board) Yoga Instructor receiving certification from Paddle Bliss based out of San Diego, CA as well as a certified Indoor Indo Yoga Board Instructor. Recently Jenn has obtained her Pre/Post Natal Yoga teaching certification at Dig Yoga in Lambertville, NJ under Sue Elkind.
