Jennifer Tersigni is a 200 - Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Yoga offered me an awakening, and as I continue my exploration and inner journey, I enjoy walking with others as they seek to find their life purpose, wellness and inner light. A student of Traditional Yoga, I earned two certifications at the Paramanand Ashram and Yoga Institute in Indore, India. In addition to learning asana, pranayama and meditation instruction, I studied the Eight Principles of Yoga, Ayurveda, anatomy, Sutras and devotional practice. My teachings and practice infuse pranayama, meditation and devotional chanting into hatha, vinyasa flow and yin practices. I love the great outdoors and I take the opportunity to travel and explore this beautiful earth whenever I can. Every day is a step in our journey, offering new opportunities to feed our souls.
