About

Jennifer has been leading fitness and movement classes since 1998.

She has completed teacher trainings with the White Lotus Foundation (Vinyasa), Judith Lasater (restorative), and Shiva Rea (Prana Flow). She is a C-IAYT, a certified personal trainer and also holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science and Sport Psychology. She is a professor of Yoga Studies at Miramar College where she leads the yoga teacher training program. Jennifer also leads international yoga retreats and is the Co-Founder of Yoga Pilates Travel.  Jennifer encourages her students to build greater self-awareness, empowerment, and peace through their yoga practice. She places emphasis in the breath, safety, and alignment. Along with continuing her yoga journey, Jennifer loves to travel and has visited over 40 countries. She believes that through our living yoga we can create change and bring peace and joy to ourselves and others.
