As a Natural Lifestyle Designer and 500RYT, I am devoted to sharing Yoga practices that are therapeutic in nature, individually sustainable and promote whole mind-body health and well-being.
I earned my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in Therapeutic Foundations in 2021 with Nya Patrinos and The Art Yoga School. In 2017 I earned my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification i through the Kunga Yoga School at In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg, Virginia. Kunga Yoga is a service-based yoga practice that promotes all yoga styles as a means of serving humans, animals and the planet. My primary teachers through the Kunga Yoga program were Nicole Fitzwater Boyle, Kristin Cooper-Gulak and Noelle Whittington. Additionally, I have over 100 hours of Yogafit teacher training, Yin Yoga and Pilates certificates, which I also integrate with my Herbalist education. I believe we are all here for a purpose, and that through Yoga we can find and embrace that purpose, as well as help humanity obtain a vision for its greater purpose. Whether you're looking for health, to grow or to find balance, Yoga is a great place to start, and I am ready to join you on your Yoga path!
