Jen Villegas

I have completed courses, trainings, and certifications with multiple teachers and schools over the years and have been trained in methodologies including Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Trauma-Informed/Outreach Yoga, and more. I have over 15 years of teaching and team management experience, including training others to lead Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation. I am currently leading/directing at Indigo Yoga in Fort Worth, TX, where I primarily teach vinyasa, meditation, and outreach classes. In 2024, I began facilitating trainings for Vinyasa and Outreach yoga teachers, and I am currently working to build a hybrid teacher training cirruculum blending elements of vinyasa, trauma-informed yoga, and meditation.
