Jenn has been teaching Yoga since 2006 and practicing since 1998.
Along with yoga, Jenn loves to be outdoors, hiking, camping and spending time with friends & family which now includes a 3 1/2 year old and 4 month old. Most days when not outside chasing her girls around, you can find Jenn in a Yoga class around town or with her head buried in a stack of books studying for her next class! Drawing from several different forms of Yoga, Jenn’s goal is always to find the best in her students. Each class will have a different theme and focus so that all students of all levels can connect with their divine centers and soar from their hearts. Jenn challenges her students to learn about their bodies and understand that there are no limitations just different expressions of the poses. From the roots of alignment Jenn enjoys watching her students grow and flow with intensity and grace. Along with her role as director of Vinyasa Teacher Training at Heritage College of Denver www.heritageyogaschool.com, Jenn also teaches Prenatal yoga, Baby & Me and Toddler & Me classes which are all very close to her heart.
