Jennifer Yocum is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 level (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Jen has taught at various locations in Maryland since completing her training in 2006, including working with behavioral health populations. She is certified in Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga by Sadie Nardini, and has also studied ra'yoKa (a fusion of yoga and martial arts) with Rainbeau Mars. She has additionally completed a Kundalini yoga immersion. She currently teaches private classes for a local area university. Jen is also a licensed acupuncturist in the State of Maryland, a reiki practitioner, a feng shui consultant, and she also leads people through cleanses. She is the co-owner of Willow and Oak Wellness Center, located in Columbia, MD (opening Fall 2017). She is devoted to helping you live the life you've always wanted, and become the best version of yourself that you can be.
