I love yoga its really that simple for me My yoga practice started in Birmingham Michigan with Jonny Kest it was awesome had no idea I walked into a world of movement that would graciously change my life I did my first YTT with Karen Fox in in Indianapolis when our family moved from Michigan Then my second in Las Vegas when our family moved to Las Vegas in YTT hours the study the reading the practice the teaching is a true gift to me that I cherish and love to share I teach an Ashtanga based Vinyasa flow in a variety of classes slow flow slow burn free flow primary Astanga series Yin and customized for any student addressing any adjusted needs I teach with a new playlist of music it stimulates and relaxes the student to allow a true escape while moving and breathing.
