Jenny has always been curious about the living human experience and what it means to embody an aligned, inspired and holistic life.
She believes in the power of self-knowledge and inner connection, to skillfully navigate our present day world with a sense of authenticity, compassion, balance, inner harmony, and joy. She recognizes that yoga, mindfulness and self-inquiry not only help people feel good in their physical being, but on a deeper and more profound level, in their emotional, mental and spiritual being. As a registered C-IAYT, ERYT and YACEP, Jenny has been a guide, facilitator and teacher trainer of mindfulness practices for private and corporate clients, special events, teacher trainees and public classes for 10+ years. She has also been a practicing student for well over 2 decades. Her background, knowledge and trainings include a broad range of modalities from traditional yoga, breathwork and meditation lineages, as well as modern PT and functional movement principles to yoga therapy, sound meditation and restorative practices. Jenny’s intention and hope is to support each individual through a wide, complete lens of self-care skills and tools. She strives to create and hold non-judgemental space for her fellow humans to illuminate their own path to self-understanding, optimal health and peaceful wellbeing.
