Jeremys interest in mind and body began at a young age whereby he became a teacher and second-degree black belt of Taekwondo and years later a student and teacher of Capoeira Meditation was his doorway into yoga in and he began his formal study in In he received his hr teaching certification in Nasik India in Classical Yoga and in his hr certification with Rod Strykers school of ParaYoga With certification and formal training in the Bihar Himalayan iRest and Amrit Methods of Yoga Nidra and based in Denver CO he teaches locally and internationally for classes workshops/immersions and in multiple and hr teacher-training programs as an E-RYT and YACEP Also a reiki master in the Mikao Usui Tradition studying since and a lover of music he is a producer and a label DJ for Frances Ultimae Records His electronic and tribal-influenced DJ sets can be heard at local and international festivals ecstatic dances and yoga classes In the form of a contemplative and grounding style of yoga his classes and teachings seek to embody the ancient lineage of yoga as a deeply transformational and holistic spiritual practice.
