About

Jessica Brown Bio Jessica is a small-town girl from Texas who got introduced to yoga in 2012.

Coming from the competitive world of athletes, the practice of yoga not only healed parts that were physically neglected and broken, but healed deeper layers that needed a lot of love and patience. Jessica fell so deeply in love with the practice she couldn’t stop sharing it with others and became a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher in Arizona through LifePower Yoga Teacher Training in the year 2014. The yoga lineage of LifePower, led by Jonny Kest, encompasses a foundational practice of the Ashtanga system, ancient and modern yogic philosophy which then stems into vinyasa style yoga practices along with yin and meditation. Unable to hold in all the beautiful teachings of this deep immersion of self-realization, Jessica jumped right into giving to others by teaching several classes weekly at multiple yoga studios that ranged from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Yin, and meditation. Throughout the years Jessica has continued to stay humbled with the practice of yoga and share this practice with all kinds of people from all walks of life. In the year 2020, Jessica completed the intensive 300-Hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training that launched her into teaching 200-hour yoga teacher trainings locally and internationally. Jessica currently teaches weekly classes as a Certified E-RYT 500-Hour, leads 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, and offers teacher to teacher mentorship custom programs. However, she still maintains a student mindset to continue learning, growing, and evolving with the practices of yoga. Not only does Jessica maintain a consistent self-yoga practice of Ashtanga and vinyasa style yoga, but she often participates in a wide range of yoga workshops throughout the year for exploration and direct experience. Finding the path of yoga humbles Jessica. As a life-long student of the practice seeking growth and deeper connection, Jessica has been gifted the opportunity to teach the practice to many others. Her classes are expansive, vibrant, passionate, yet sprinkled with moments of deep inner connection, softness, and awareness. Jessica’s intention is to create a sacred space for practitioners to be fully present while diving deeper towards the true inner self.
