She believes that by practicing yoga you can change your life by becoming more aware of your habits and the distractions created by the mind. Yoga allows us to see ourselves, and only then can we change. It is critical to our personal growth to slow down and quiet the mind. All of our wisdom is there in the quiet moments when we pay attention to our breath. When we are in that moment, we are timeless, infinite and divine.
