I completed my yoga teacher training in Goa, India and I am a certified teacher of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Flow, pranayama, and meditation.

I come from a work background in psychology, so I am very passionate about wellness and mental health. In my own life, yoga has brought me both physical and mental strength, peace and clarity of mind, and a contentment that I have never experienced before. I teach because I want others to experience these benefits and to take what they learn off the mat and into their daily life. In my classes, you can expect a judgment-free environment where you can learn and focus on your own practice. I like to incorporate creativity into my classes, which can include guided imagery, chakra work, dynamic movement, or mantra meditation using harmonium, piano, or ukulele. Jessica Ford is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
