I am certified through Breathe for Change as a hr yoga instructor and SEL*F facilitator I also hold my EC- general education teacher certification and ESL EC- certification in the state of Texas I have completed graduate hours out of towards a masters in school psychology from Houston Baptist University I currently offer holistic math & science tutoring for Kinder-th grade that incorporates yoga breath work mindfulness and social emotional learning I also offer restorative yoga to all ages.
