My name is Jess Hilfer and I started practicing yoga in to increase flexibility for dance and to deal with the stress of college life Ive lived in several different US states and practiced different styles of yoga in each over time I completed my hr Hatha registered yoga teacher training in RYT Outside the yoga studio I enjoy portrait photography and learning foreign languages I believe yoga is for everyone and it is a wonderful way to relax and feel comfortable in your own body I currently teach chair yoga to an older population of both beginners and seasoned yogis My practice focuses on bringing awareness to muscles and joints then relieving tension so students feel good in their body.
