Jessica/Owner & Instructor Jessica Johnson has over 20 years experience in fitness, yoga, and managing corporate health & wellness programs.
She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Raffa Yoga & Urban Sweat in RI in 2012. She has additional yoga certifications in Yin Yoga from All That Matters, RI and SUP (stand-up paddle) yoga from Salty Buddha, Anna Maria, FL. Jessica started her career in fitness by teaching group fitness classes part-time. She turned her passion for fitness into a career in corporate wellness. During her career she managed employer-based health & wellness programs for large corporations, health insurance companies, & hospital systems. In 2020, Jessica opened Floating Lotus SUP combining her love of stand-up paddling with yoga & fitness. She instructs yoga, paddling, & fitness classes in Belleair, Clearwater, & Dunedin, Florida. Her certifications and affiliation are: Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), certified in Yin & SUP Yoga, certified in Paddle Sport Safety and First Aid/CPR. She is also a member of the American Canoe Association. Jessica lives in Clearwater, FL with her partner, Eric, and their dogs, Kali & Violet. They recently bought a travel trailer and began traveling to the state parks of Florida and the southeast.
