We believe in the power of wellness, and self-kindness. When we take the time to be kind to our mind and body, we are not only benefiting ourselves but those around us. This trauma conscious, mindfulness-based practice is designed to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being, and provide techniques specifically designed to influence our bodies’ natural ability to manage big emotions like anger, anxiety, sadness; restoring the inner peace and resilience needed to successfully navigate through daily life. Aligned with national and international Health and PE Standards and the Collaborative for Academic Social Emotional Learning (CASEL) framework, our practice strengthens physical, mental, emotional and social health.
