I am a RYT-200 in Green Bay, WI.
My mission as a teacher is to inspire and guide students on their yogic journey, celebrating and honoring everybody and every body for their unique abilities. Yoga found me in 2020 after a loss in my life, and I've been on my mat ever since. Two of my favorite moments have been attending yoga retreats in Costa Rica and Greece, where I started to connect more deeply to my roots and explore the 8 limbs of yoga. In addition to my yoga practice I enjoy reading, going to concerts, spending time with my many rescue pets, traveling, and connecting with my friends.
