I began my yoga journey in 2012 after returning from deployment and elected to take teacher training in 2015 concurrently with my general education teaching certification.
I am currently teaching a hot 26+2 and a yin class at Lakewood Hot Yoga on Friday nights. I love all types of yoga and my newest favorite is SUP yoga.
