Owning and operating a custom home décor fabrication design business, Slipcovers Plus Home Décor since 1995. I’ve always lived an active lifestyle whether at home, business or play. Because of the repetitive nature of my business and the use of my body and limbs, I began to notice that I needed to make some changes. Throughout my career, I consistently found myself listening to my clients and helping them carve a clear path to achieve better results. I met up with yoga in 2001. My practice fluctuated for several years but soon my life started changing; yoga started being integrated more and more until my practice became a daily regimen. It was during this time of my career and practicing yoga that I made a discovery. Coaching Life and Yoga was the direction I needed to transition into for the next half of my life and career. 2014 I attained my 200hr YTT certification w/Reflections Studio of NY; 2015 Life Coaching certification w/Coach Training Alliance; 2016 500hr YTT w/Live Love Teach in RI & TX. 200hr Kundalini in ME. My education continues as I move forward. Life Yoga Coach is about coaching life through the process of yoga whether you're on or off your mat. It's about life and yoga being intertwined. Interceding in individuals lives to provide space; to envision an intention with purpose. Guiding them into a flow with awareness to move forward. Empowering them with encouragement to let go with perseverance. Confirming them in their ability to stand firmly with integrity in greater alignment.
