I began practicing when I was in college in 2007 and absolutely loved the way yoga made me feel, both physically and mentally. I love using themes, affirmations, and poetry in my classes and am interested in the connection between soul/body/mind. I would love to have you in class and promise to make you feel seen and welcome. I love to teach all styles of yoga, from restorative to power!
