She is the owner of West End Yoga Studio, serves as Coordinator for the Lancaster County Suicide Prevention Coalition, works part-time as a Health and Wellness Coach, is a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, a volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association–Greater Pennsylvania Chapter, and a Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance.Jessica’s coaching style is rooted in curiosity, observation, and balance. She works with individuals and groups to explore energetic alignment, physical anatomy, and the deep interconnection between spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. Trained on the Great Yoga Wall, Jessica’s approach is both grounded and exploratory—helping practitioners rediscover their innate capacity for alignment, awareness, and transformation.With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a background spanning nonprofit leadership, operations management, organizational culture, and evidence-based community health programming, Jessica brings structure, compassion, and integrity to every role she serves. She has led, managed, and trained others in evidence-based programs designed to enhance both individual and collective wellness. A graduate of Leadership Lancaster, Jessica is curious and innovative, striving to unite organizations to serve the community with greater efficiency and exponential impact.She believes that creating opportunities for people to be seen in the present moment and offering connection is a form of nourishment—for both the individual and the community.
