Hello Friends! I began my yoga practice by a friend inviting me to AM Hot Yoga class Every since that morning I have not left my mat The point is we all start somewhere and Yoga is a journey Over time I have noticed growth in my physical and mental body A little information about my teaching journey I completed college in graduating from Drury University with a Bachelors in Fine Arts and an Associates in Health and Wellness I wanted to take my Yoga practice to the next level and I decided to complete the RYT training with Kelly Shrader whom is an excellent resource and knowledgeable instructor I ended up finishing with an additional certification in Yin Yoga After my program was completed I jumped directly into my second yoga program and I began the RYT program In May of I graduated with the credential of RYT both of my certifications were under the teachings of Kelly Schrader and shortly after I began teaching at the YMCA downtown and a private facility in Ozark MO I am grateful for my experiences and continue to expand my knowledge by participating in workshops gathering ideas with peers and many other resources within the Springfield Yoga Community The Summer of I became an E-RYT & RYT instructor This means I now have the opportunity to teach other students to become instructors! I am very excited to see what the future holds for me and my beloved yoga practice Most days I am teaching at a private rehabilitation center and I also teach Private yoga sessions I am accepting private inquiries please email for details Come flow with me sometime!
