My journey with yoga began in my living room I loved it but was too intimidated to attempt doing it in an actual studio When I finally worked up the courage to go to a studio I found a welcoming community I fell deeper in love with my practice and the studio I was going to rOming Yoga offered their first teacher training program in I signed up and received my RYT in March of I find beauty in each style of yoga with my favorite being vinyasa flow classes I had my hesitations with being a teacher In my mind a teacher had to be able to master every pose perfectly I have let go of that notion knowing that some poses I will never be able to do The beauty of yoga is that each of our bodies is unique and every pose varies in how it looks on us It is about finding the version of the pose that is right for your body .
