About
I’m a trauma-informed integrative wellness practitioner with a passion for guiding students toward balance, presence and self-discovery.
My journey in yoga and meditation began in 2001, with deep study in the classical Raja Yoga system and the Nyingma lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. Over the years, I have expanded my training and certifications to include Trauma-Informed, Yin and Restorative Yoga, Reiki, sound healing, holistic coaching, and licensed massage therapy. As a teacher, I focus on cultivating compassionate, person-centered guidance, blending evidence-based practices with intuition, empathy and respect for each individual’s unique path. I aim to create a steady, grounded space where students can reconnect with their inner wisdom, restore balance and explore the interplay of mind, body and spirit.Alongside teaching, I maintain a career in government and run my private practice, In the Stream Healing Arts, where I offer massage therapy, sound healing, Reiki, yoga and integrative services. I'm also a multidisciplinary artist and performing musician, creating music, paintings, drawings and writing through The Dylan Winter Touched Project, which informs my approach to creativity and embodiment in the classroom.I'm deeply grateful for the teachers, mentors and life experiences that have shaped my path, and I strive to pass that wisdom forward to my students in ways that are practical, inclusive and heart-centered.
