Jetona, also professionally known as Jona, is an experienced teacher who offers instruction in both vinyasa and yin yoga.
She is also specialized in Ancient Thai Yoga massage and Reiki/energy healing. From 2015 to 2017, Jetona worked and traveled in Asia, immersing herself in the Buddhist culture, exploring the birthplace of Taoism near Tibet, and learning the art of Ancient Thai Yoga massage in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. Highly intrigued by metaphysics, Jetona starts her journey by attending different schools of thought since her early twenties. Her passion lies in serving others by helping in the elevation of consciousness and self-awareness through the medium of yoga, writing, meditation, and spiritual teachings sourced from various traditions. Jetona's passion for sports, particularly running and swimming, has been a constant in her life. In 2012, she suffered a severe knee injury, which led her to the practice of yoga, where she discovered the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the practice.
