I am a Yoga and Aerial Yoga Teacher Kickboxing Instructor Dance Instructor Choreographer and Master Trainer in Denton Texas I have danced and choreographed professionally at well-renowned venues such as Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles and MGM Grand in Las Vegas NV Im also a classically-trained pianist and vocalist with a background in musical theatre While performing in concerts and musicals I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor as well as becoming a Certification Examiner for AFAA I completed my -Hour Yoga Teacher Training and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through Shanon Buffington Yoga an Initiate of the Himalayan Institute and my hours in Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training through ULU Yoga in Thailand I received my Aerial Yoga Instructor Certification training from Nicole Haagenson of Aerial Yoga Houston I am certified to teach multiple styles of Yoga including Hatha Vinyasa Ashtanga Yin Prenatal/Postnatal Restorative Yoga Nidra and Meditation I was a Master Trainer for Fabletics from to where I had the opportunity to write many blogs for their website as well as teach Fabletics-sponsored events in Dallas TX and in Charlotte NC I created the Jheni Solis Yoga -Hour Yoga Teacher Training as well as JSYF Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification and I offer these certification workshops in Texas and North Carolina.
