About

Jillian began her yoga journey while trying to find a new way to work out and heal an injury.

After moving to Lowell, she found a studio that resonated with her, and fluid yoga sparked the fire of transformation within her. After twelve years of practicing, Jillian enrolled in Fluid YogaⓇ Teacher Training to deepen her own practice and give her the ability to share the gift of yoga with others. Her classes will make you sweat, but they offer beginners and seasoned yogis alike enough space to go at their own pace and make the class their own, to encourage self-discovery as well as physical and spiritual growth. For her, yoga is a form of therapy; a safe, healing place to breathe and let go. Yoga provides outer and inner transformation, building confidence that transcends from the studio to the outside world. She loves to teach young children yoga and breathing techniques because if they learn them at an early age, throughout life they will have a better ability to handle normal daily stressors as well as the hard challenges all of us face from time to time.
