Jillian began dancing at the age of three and eventually trained as a pre-professional dancer, developing a lifelong love for creative movement and expression.
She discovered yoga eight years ago as a way to maintain her physical well-being during college and quickly became passionate about its benefits, not only physiological but also psychological. Drawn to the personal growth she had seen through her personal practice, Jillian completed her 200-hour RYT, with the intention of sharing yoga’s transformative power with others. Since graduating, Jillian has taught yoga and led meditation session on International Fitness Retreats, in the studio-setting, and informally throughout her community.Her teaching style is accessible yet challenging, encouraging students to honor their individual needs while also building strength and confidence when exploring new movement. Jillian’s classes often feature flowing vinyasa sequences grounded in intention, breathwork, and yogic philosophy, creating space for both physical strength and inner awareness.
