Jimi Parker is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS Since completion of my hour certification I have pursued workshops and trainings toward the completion of my Yoga Therapy certification with YogaFit I teach a one hour chair yoga class at the Senior Center for individuals who do not feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor This class is from : - : on Tuesdays and Thursdays I teach Hatha Yoga and Gentle Restorative Yoga at the JCYMCA Please check their website for class times and fees I teach a weekly Restorative Yoga class at a local church for all fitness levels I also offer private classes in my home for individuals who are interested in balanced yoga on a more personal level.
