I have been an avid yoga lover & teacher since 2001.
Over the years I have attended over 22 different yoga trainings & certifications. I am a 500hr E-RYT Certified Yoga Teacher, a 1,000hr C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist & member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, as well as a Certified Aerial Yoga Teacher & Trainer. I have been the lead teacher in 32, 200hr Yoga Teacher Certifications, along with teaching numerous Yoga Intensives & Workshops throughout the Dallas Metroplex. I am a 4x presenter & lecturer for EMPOWER! Fitness Conventions, & a 2x presenter & lecturer for Athleta's "Power of She" events. In 2016, I opened my own Yoga & Fitness Studio Urban Vybe, located in Flower Mound, Texas & I am the author & creator of Urban Vybe's 200hr YTT, 300hr YTT, & Urban Vybe's 20hr Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. I've been a fitness consultant for Easton/Bell Sports, & the National Spokesperson for Savasa - Easton/Bell's line of mind/body products. I've been a Lululemon Ambassador for 2yrs & an Athleta Ambassador for 2yrs. I've have 7 consumer yoga & fitness videos, I've been featured in 5 Savasa Yoga and Pilates consumer videos and 2 Savasa heart rate training videos. I am also a Peak Pilates Certified Trainer, an indoor cycling teaching with 2 cycling certifications, 2 personal training certifications, extensive training & study in Exercise Science. I am dedicated to teaching yoga and mindful movement with an emphasis on the therapeutic benefits of the practice as a path for greater health and wellness. My passion is teaching inspiring and insightful yoga & fitness classes, intensives & workshops are designed for students who desire living life with boundless energy, abundant joy, and a deep awakening to our own unlimited potential.
