I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with over 20 years of personal yoga practice and a deep appreciation for the way this practice supports healing, growth, and self-discovery.
After two decades of experiencing yoga’s transformative impact in my own life, I felt called to share it with others and completed my 200-hour teacher training at Sharing Yoga in Concord, New Hampshire. My teaching style weaves together elements of vinyasa, Hatha, gentle flow, and trauma-sensitive yoga, creating supportive, accessible spaces where students of all levels feel welcomed and empowered. I believe yoga is a practice of compassion — not just for our bodies, but for our hearts and minds as well. In my classes, you can expect thoughtful sequencing, mindful movement, and opportunities for stillness and reflection. My intention is to offer a space where students can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and find moments of peace within.
